Fiscal year & accounting method

Which month your financial year begins, usually January, and usually the same as your income-tax year. You'll pick the date your books start in this program on the next step.

This drives your tax figures. Your management reports can be read either way from a toggle on each report.

When do your books start?

The date this program starts from, not the shape of your fiscal year, which you set on the previous step. You'll enter opening balances as of this date.

Branding & look

Your logo and accent color appear on invoices, statements and PDF reports. The theme and chart style are how the program looks to you.

When the bill or invoice falls due, and any early-pay discount. Manage them all from the Lists button on Customers or Vendors.

This takes you back to your account on neocapital.app. Your books stay saved with your subscription and open right where you left off.
